Welcome!
I’m Jennifer Cimini, M.S.Ed., and I’m excited to introduce you to Learning to Learn, LLC — specifically our program, Right Reader, Right Lesson — UFLI & Structured Literacy: Data-Driven Reading Instruction for Home & School.
I understand how overwhelming reading instruction can feel. If you’ve ever worried about piecing together strategies without a clear plan or wondered whether you’re “doing it right,” you’re not alone. This course is designed to eliminate that uncertainty and support you every step of the way.
What You Get
You will receive a concise 30-minute daily phonics lesson grounded in UFLI Foundations and the Science of Reading, which is specifically designed to build accurate decoding, fluency, and comprehension. Additionally, there’s a flexible 60-minute Personalized Block for one-on-one conferencing — whether it’s parent-child or teacher-student — driven by data to ensure each learner receives targeted practice and adaptive strategies. I’ve included practical materials, video demonstrations, and step-by-step lesson scripts so you always know exactly what to teach next.
Who This Is For
This program is ideal for anyone — whether you’re a tired homeschool parent juggling multiple kids at different levels, a classroom teacher guiding 25 energetic students, or a school leader aiming for consistent instruction across grades. This system scales to meet your needs.
Why It Works
Our approach is developed in alignment with the latest Institute of Education Sciences (IES) literacy guidelines and has been field-tested in over 500 classrooms. Data-driven placement and progress monitoring ensure that instruction matches each learner’s exact needs, accelerating skill growth while building reading confidence. Your child will not just learn to read; they’ll learn how to think about their own reading, noticing errors and correcting them independently.
Real Results
Here’s what others are saying: “After using this system in my classroom, 85% of my struggling readers moved up a full grade level in just 8 weeks,” says Sarah M., a 2nd Grade Teacher. One parent shared, “With your support, our daughter improved every week — confidence, skills, and love of reading all grew,” — L. & M., caregivers.
Your Time Matters
I respect busy schedules. The core daily lesson is just 30 minutes, and the personalized block is flexible — you can use the full hour, split it into shorter conferences, or schedule targeted 15–20 minute check-ins that fit your routine.
Risk Statement
Please note that because this program provides full access to all materials, results may vary and refunds are not available. I stand by the quality of this program and will support you with coaching, troubleshooting, and additional resources to help every learner make measurable progress.
Partnership Approach
I’m not here to tell you what to do — I’m here to walk alongside you with a proven system, clear next steps, and ongoing support. You’ll receive coaching, resources, and a community so you never have to go it alone.
Getting Started
With clear placement guidance and easy-to-follow lesson plans, you can begin immediately. I provide progress-monitoring tools and coaching checkpoints so you always know what success looks like next.
Thank you for trusting me with your child’s reading journey. I’m honored to partner with families and educators to build confident, independent readers — one lesson at a time.
Field-test note: Sample sizes and settings vary; results reflect aggregated classroom outcomes during pilot implementations.
